The location of East Hub in Wenzhou city area<\/em><\/p>\n The project is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, east of Longwan International Airport, one of the key infrastructures of the “14th Five-Year Plan”. The project aims to build a transport hub integrating airports, high-speed rail, high-speed and urban rail transport, helping Wenzhou to become a national comprehensive transport hub city, realising the economic linkage between the Yangtze River Delta and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and promoting regional integrated development.<\/p>\n The call covers the high-speed railway station, rail transit station, ancillary transport and commercial space, with a total area of about 267 hectares, and is divided into two levels: station-city integration design and conceptual programme study. Participants are required to have legal personality, corresponding design qualification and relevant engineering performance.<\/p>\n The call process is divided into three stages: application and pre-qualification (12-28 August), selection of the preferred proposal (2 September to 5 November), and announcement of the successful proposal (early December).
